About Lauren

I'm a creative and friendly caregiver with over six years of experience working as a baby sitter and a camp counselor ! I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development, and my previous babysitting roles have given me ample opportunity to do so I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to stay connected throughout the day. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' lead. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and have experience with age groups ranging from four to 11 years old, as well as 12 and above. I have my BS in Kinesiology and I am set to graduate from UW's ABSN program in May! I am certified in both CPR and First Aid, have a car, and am comfortable with pets. I'm excited about the opportunity to support families and provide a reliable childcare option for them. I look forward to meeting you and your family and learning more about your childcare needs.
