We had a wonderful experience with Lauren and highly recommend her. She cared for our four children while we attended a two-day conference, and we felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care. She is thoughtful, respectful, calm, and clearly very experienced. Her Montessori background really came through in the way she interacted with our children. She gave them space to play, explore, and figure things out on their own, while also maintaining safe, respectful, and appropriate boundaries. We especially appreciated her child-care philosophy: she was warm and engaging without being overbearing, and she treated our children with genuine respect. She was professional, dependable, and very easy to communicate with throughout.
