About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I have several years of experience working with children from infants through 5th grade. I previously worked in a daycare caring for infants 6-12 months, and for the past two years I have worked in an elementary school setting. Most recently, I served as a kindergarten assistant teacher as well as a before and after school instructor working with children in grades K-5. I truly love working with children and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and have fun. Families would describe me as patient, dependable, caring, and attentive. I am currently looking for summer employment that could potentially continue into the school year, as I will be pursuing my Master's in Social Work at CAU this fall. I would love the opportunity to support a family while continuing to do work I'm passionate about!
