As a registered Behavioral Therapist for children with ASD, and previous experience working as an Afterschool Teacher, working at daycares, etc.- I've found nothing fulfills me more than working with children. I'd consider myself silly, fun, excited, but someone who can easily enforce boundaries, rules, and work as needed. I'm quite experienced working with children with autism, but have years of experience with non-ASD children as well. I'm patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoy bonding and working with kids.
