Hello! My name is Lauren, and my husband and I moved to Saint Leonard this past August. I am 35years old, a non smoker, have a reliable vehicle, and no children of my own. I have more than 7 years of full time professional nanny experience, in addition to the many years babysitting as a side job. I have been a nanny and babysitter for many families and have cared for children ranging from newborn to middle school age. Before moving to the area I provided full time care for 2 boys (starting ages 6m and 2. 5) for the last 3 years. Since moving here 9 months ago I have provided part time care for a now 20-month-old. Now that we are a bit more settled I hope to find additional work. Although I have experience with school age children, my specialty is infant and toddler care. I am responsible, dependable, loving, and trustworthy. I held a CPR certification for years through my time as a lifeguard, EMT, and firefighter. I am happy to answer any questions! Lauren was our nanny from August 2019 - June 2021 for our daughter who is now 20 months old. As first time parents, she accommodate all of our crazy requests, prepared meals and helped with our daughter's laundry. From day one, we requested that Lauren help us teach our daughter sign language and she made it her mission to do so! Our daughter can effectively communicate using a combination of words and sign language, thanks to Lauren. She also remained flexible with our ever-changing schedules and last minute requests. The only reason we are not using her anymore is because our daughter is starting full-time daycare.
