Lauren is gentle and kind with our three kiddos. Ive not left them with anyone outside of family and she was so patient while i warmed up to the idea of handing over the reigns. She came over a couple of times to meet the kids before we left them with her, completely on her own offering, to help ease my worry and she handled a house full of kids with ease. She was a wonderful communicator but best of all she actually took time to get to know my kids, play and engage with my kids, and make them feel safe and comfy. She made dinner and tidied the home and also took care of our dog while she was here. Would absolutely hire her again (and plan to)🥰
