Hi there! I'm Lauren, a dedicated caregiver currently working as an elementary teacher's aide specializing in supporting children with complex mental, emotional, and behavioral needs. I am looking to bring my deep patience, empathy, and active listening skills into senior care. Working with students who struggle mentally has taught me how to stay calm during high stress moments, de-escalate anxiety, and build trust through gentle, redirection and respectful companionship.
