I have hired Lauren on several occasions. She has watched my newborn son and my 5 year old daughter. She's always positive and on time. She always makes wonderful breakfasts for my daughter and goes above and beyond to do my laundry and some other light housekeeping when time permits. On the occasions when I have her come over in the afternoon, she usually has activities planned like arts and crafts or trips to the local park. She would be my first pick for times in the future when I need a nanny.
