About Lauren

Hello! My name is Lauren! I have had a passion for caring for children since before I can remember and having a baby sister (she just turned 8 this last October) has only heightened that passion. Gentle, warm and understanding approaches for day to day life when caring for children are my favorite. There's nothing more rewarding than developing a relationship with a child where they know their feelings are being acknowledged and validated, especially on those tough days! I take a holistic and spiritual approach to my life with meditation, gratitude, journaling and overall kindness to myself and everyone in my life. I love to surround myself in nature, go on long road trips to new places and gain as many new experiences as I can! I also have a passion for healthcare. I am a CNA (certified nursing assistant, though of course not actively working as one) so I have a general understanding of health basics. I plan to save and enroll in a Medical Assisting program or attend MA classes.
