Lauren is one of the most genuine and caring nanny/sitter that any child or family can meet. She cared for my son during his first year. I’ve hired many responsible and fun nannies, but Lauren provided a whole different level of care. My son had a milk protein allergy and although we found a special formula that he accepted, he developed bottle aversion due to the stress of feeding. This was very hard for us as parents, and Lauren not only sympathized with the feeding struggles, she collaborated with me to figure out feeding plans and strategies that could work with my son. She is resourceful, adaptive, and responsive, but never pushy and overbearing. It was apparent to my husband and me that Lauren genuinely cared for my son and truly enjoyed spending time with him. She is an absolute gem of a nanny. Had we not moved away from the area, I have no doubt that she would still be a big part of my kids’ lives.
