About Lauren

Hi! I'm Lauren, and I'm looking for a part-time nanny position while I transition into a new career. I have a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and about 10 years of experience caring for and teaching young children. I started babysitting and nannying in high school, studied education and psychology in college, then spent two years teaching infants and toddlers at Boulder Journey School and three years teaching Kindergarten in Denver. I'm warm, patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children learn and grow. I have extensive knowledge of child development and emotional regulation, and I love creating fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Whether it's sensory play, art projects, reading, or outdoor adventures, I enjoy making each day meaningful while providing a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported and loved.
