We hired Lauren as a nanny over the summer to watch our two kids and she was wonderful! We have a difficult 2 year old who warmed up to Lauren pretty fast. She was able to put her down for naps which is a challenge even for us. She took the kids out during the day and they had so much fun with her. My 7 year old still talks about her and asks when she could was them again! I definitely recommend Lauren if you're looking for someone that is responsible, caring and is a great with kids.
