About Lauren

I am a nurturing, reliable nanny with experience caring for children from infancy through early elementary. I've worked with 5 families & supported infants, toddlers, & children with food allergies, speech delays, & autism. My caregiving style is connection-first, developmentally informed, & safety-focused. I prioritize emotional regulation, secure attachment, & respectful care while honoring each family's routines & preferences. I strongly support baby-led weaning and age-appropriate feeding, with experience preparing breastmilk & formula, introducing solids, & managing food allergies, including EpiPen use. I value outdoor play, nature exploration, minimal screen time, and educational activities. I enjoy baking & preparing healthy, foods for babies and toddlers. I am beginning coursework toward an Associate's degree in Elementary Education. I do need to bring my 3yo son; many families find this beneficial. He is quite social, & I ensure all children feel safe, seen, & supported.
