About Lauren

Hi! I'm Lauren. I have been babysitting for three years and have been working with children for six years total. Through the years I have worked as a summer camp counselor, a kindergarten bible instructor, and an after school care site leader. Through my experience caring for 1-year-olds through I3-year-olds, I have become very skilled in creating safe, structured, loving, and educational environments. During my time as a site leader for Saddleback Valley Unified School District, I prioritized creating educational and creative activities, assisting and motivating with homework, and settling arguments by practicing boundaries and communication. I consider consistency vital with these skills. I understand that finding someone to entrust with your children's well-being is a stressful ordeal.
