About Lauren

My name is Lauren, a 38-year-old mother from Kaneohe, Hawaii. I'm a mom of six in a blended family, with children aged 18, 15, 14, 12, 8, and 4. My youngest son, who is 4 years old and non-verbal, is autistic, and I also occasionally babysit my 7-year-old non-verbal autistic niece. These experiences have given me valuable insights into caring for children with special needs. I'm also a great cook and can handle light housekeeping and errands, Raising a non-verbal autistic child has made me especially patient, attentive, and nurturing. I've also cared for my father, who had dementia, which deepened my understanding of compassionate care. Born and raised in Hawaii, I bring the warmth and aloha spirit into everything I do, ensuring a safe, loving environment for every child.
