About Lauren

I'm looking to be a part time nanny position Working with 1-3 kids Hello! My name is Lauren, and I first started childcare in 2016 working with kids from 1yr - 16+. I have been coaching youth lacrosse since 2018 and have extensive experience working with multiple kids at once. I understand it can be stressful for a child to be away from their parents, which is why I feel so passionate about creating a safe, structured, entertaining & caring environment. Parents have described me as dependable, warm & attentive. I take the time to understand each child's personality & needs, and I communicate openly with families to ensure we're always on the same page. I love to prioritize getting active, playing outside & leaning into curiosity & most importantly having fun!
