My daughter never leaves my side to say hi to anyone new but Laurie was patient and soft spoken. She was very patient with my daughter until she felt comfortable. By the time we got home our daughter did not want her to leave and it was like I was non existent!!! I don't know how she did it but I would recommend her to anyone.
