About Laurinda

Aloha ! My name is Kinsley, I am 32 years old, and I have over 20 years of experience working with children. I am CPR & 1st AID certified as well as life guard certified. I am a registered and background checked substitute teacher with the Hawai'I Department of Education. I formerly worked in wilderness therapy at Pacific Quest doing horticulture therapy with our adolescent and young adult residents who ranged from facing anxiety, depression, family systems difficulties, physical & emotional trauma, ADHD, were on the autism spectrum, as well as highly sensitive children. I have substituted in many special needs classroom and have experience supporting neuro divergent individuals to regulate, complete daily routines, and thrive. I deeply love animals & the outdoors and really enjoy supporting children to explore natural ecosystems & learn through movement , curiosity, & compassion . I am so passionate about experiential learning & connection to ourselves through our natural world !
