About Laylah

I believe that the most important part of being a childcare provider is creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive. I'm naturally friendly and outgoing, I have four years of experience as a caregiver, and 2 years of working with children from the ages of 13-17 with autism, which has taught me that every child is unique and has different needs and interests. I'm comfortable caring for two children, and I'm experienced with a wide range of age groups, from four to 12 and above. I currently study at CSU Fullerton as a criminal justice major! I have a car, so I can easily transport children to and from school or activities. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I believe in open communication with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I typically communicate with parents verbally at pickup time, but I'm happy to accommodate other forms of communication if that works better for you.
