About Lea

I have been working with children on a daily basis for over 30 years and am Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher qualified. I have worked at The Children's House in Springfield and Roots Learning Center in Westfield, as well as caring for children in their homes as a nanny. I enjoy planning fun and engaging activities, including library story times, trips to the park, zoo visits, museums, crafts, reading books, singing and dancing. I have been with my current nanny family for over 5 years. I started caring for their son when he was just 4 months and later welcomed and cared for a second child. Prior to that, I worked with a wonderful family for 8 years. Working with children is incredibly rewarding. I especially love watching them grow, learn, and reach new milestones, particularly during the infant years. I would describe myself as kind, trustworthy, dependable, fun, and punctual. I look forward to building lasting memories and becoming a valued part of your family's journey.
