About Leah

Hi! I'm a senior nursing student with several years of childcare experience and a passion for caring for infants and children. In addition to previous childcare experiences, I have gained hands on experience through clinical rotations in mother-baby, pediatrics, and the pediatric emergency department. I am CPR certified and currently work as a patient care assistant. While I enjoy working with children of all ages, newborns and infants have a special place in my heart. I am comfortable with all aspects of infant care, including feeding, diaper changes, nap routines, and developmental play. I also have experience in overnight newborn nannying. My nursing background has also given me experience working with children who have special needs, allergies, medications, medical equipment, or other healthcare needs.
