About Leah

I have 5 years of babysitting/child care experience. I can help with light housekeeping, laundry, errands and more. I love kids, and doing things with them! If I watch your child you will definitely have a lot of crafts :) I have been babysitting since I was 15, and worked with up to 4 kids at one time, ranging in age from 1-14. While babysitting we played games, inside and out, I cooked them meals, and helped with any schoolwork they had to do. I also worked in a school as an aide for two years with a non verbal autistic child, and that has inspired me to go to college to become a full-time teacher. I am looking for something I could do involving kids while I go to night school. I feel that having classroom experience is important because I am able to "hide" academics in almost any activity to keep the brain learning and stimulated. I also love animals, so pets are just a bonus! I am not currently CPR certified but I am actively looking for a class to take. Thank you!
