About Leeann

I'd describe my personality as passionate, energetic, outgoing, empathetic I like caring for seniors because they are the wisdom of our population and deserve the very best "fit" to their individual needs. I strive to go above and beyond to ensure proper execution of any clients care plan. I entered senior care at 16 to work alongside my own mother and was trained by the Sisters of Ottawa. As a retired LPN my skills include management and Supervision of Alzheimer's and Dementia Care unit for 15 years, as well as Supervision of a Nursing Rehab unit which noted a 14% decrease in falls and a 17% decrease in wounds under the care, dedication and vigilance. Having had my education at Tewksbury State Hospital has also exposed me to an array of medical procedures, equipment and diagnoses.
