About Lee Ann

I am THAT Grandma - fun, patient, firm and memorable. I adore children! Spent 10 years as a preschool teacher, raised my own 4 kiddos, worked in the oil and gas industry with adults for about 20 years and now would love to get back to kids. My husband and I spent 6 years raising our granddaughter while young, partying parents figured adulthood out. We have successfully transitioned her return to them. I love to craft and bake. My personal belief is that kids derive self esteem from doing things not from praise. So allowing them to have age appropriate experiences and accepting age appropriate performance is key.
