About Leen

Hello everyone! Supporting families and children with different needs has always been a great passion of mine. My background includes a college degree with focused Early Child Development coursework. I also have experience working as a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) and work full-time as a child psychology researcher! I am creative, kind, and an energetic problem solver. I believe in meeting kids at the level they are at while nurturing age-appropriate responsibility and self awareness. Because I enjoy alot of different activities, I love organizing outdoor sports and physical games to keep kiddos energized and have some crafts and art set up for quieter days. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules and am happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
