About Leidy

Andy (aka Leidy) has been absolutely wonderful with our daughter, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. The only reason we are no longer working with her is because my daughter is starting daycare full time this month. She treats my daughter like a little person she truly loves spending time with, not just a job. She genuinely cares. She sends me pictures throughout the day when I’m not home, keeps me updated, and has always been incredibly attentive. She is warm, kind, patient, and a natural caregiver. She has been teaching my daughter Spanish, reading to her, singing with her, and constantly finding ways to help her learn new things. I work from home, so I hear a lot of their day together, and they’re always laughing and playing. My daughter absolutely adores her and we’ve been so lucky to have Andy with us for this long. Andy is also incredibly self-sufficient. We’re on the same page regarding childcare, and I never felt like I had to micromanage or explain every little thing. Whether it was helping with baby laundry, keeping things organized, or adapting because something changed, she always jumped in and handled it. I trust her completely. If my daughter weren’t starting daycare, we’d be keeping Andy without question. If anyone is looking for a caring, dependable nanny who will genuinely love and care for your child, Andy is the absolute best!!!
