I have worked in multiple childcare facilities and have ran a successful childcare business from my home for over 10 years. Leila was our nanny for our 6-month-old daughter. Leila is incredibly patient and hardworking and will take the time to meet all your child's needs. She is a natural care giver and is simply a pro at caring for young infants. Leila easily gave us peace of mind that our daughter was safe and well looked after. She has an incredible work ethic - every day going over and beyond. In addition to basic baby care, she helped introduce solids and establish a routine / sleep schedule that worked for our daughter. My daughter instantly fell in love with her. We were only able to have her for one month before starting daycare, but she very graciously helped us out for this month anyway and we are so grateful for it. She has made a lasting impact on our family.
