Lena contacted me several times to work for my mother. Each time we set up a day for an interview she canceled or didn't show up. She left me hanging on more than one occasion and never returned my numerous telephone calls.

Lena has been amazing—reliable, caring, and so easy to work with. My father felt comfortable and happy with her, and I always known he was in great hands. I’d highly recommend Lena to any family! 

Lena, I do not play games as you accused me of doing. As to giving you the wrong cell number a typographic error was made. As you know I have ALS,  a severe case of the  Peripheral Arterial disease (Pad) but have now been diagnose as having glaucoma.  I do not think under the existing circumstances a woman of 97 years of age should receive the insulting message you sent. I am a retired professional artist with hands that earned my living crippled to having almost no use.  In my entire life I personally   have never been rude to or hurt any one intentionally. It was a shock to receive your message. It was not only rude, insulting but hurting as well. After reading the nice things  said about you in the reviews you have no idea how much I was looking forward to meeting you. I had every confidence in your being as described. I am writing my review  so others will be forewarned there is a side of you that is not favorable. Perhaps it will spare an older person like my self from an unpleasant experience. I hope it will.
