About Leona

Hello - My name is Leona. I've lived in Farmingdale since 1994 with my husband. I was a legal secretary in NYC until 2000 when I had my daughter and simultaneously was the primary caregiver to my mother who had emphasema, COPD and eventually developed dementia and has since passed on. I started working for a family with 3 children who I loved and was with them four years. They moved and I found another family with 3 children and I've been with them for the last 6 years for two days a week on a teachers schedule, which at that time was perfect for me. I resigned from my position there because I no longer need a teachers schedule and I am available to work Monday through Friday. Also, I am a non-smoker and I'm comfortable with pets. Ideally, I am looking for a 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. job, Monday through Friday, year round. Thank you.
