Leonela came to our family’s rescue after two other childcare providers left us with little notice right after I returned to work. She has developed loving and trusted relationships with our son (2 yrs) and daughter (6 yrs). She has primarily cared for our 2 year old, with our 6 year old joining after school and more regularly over the summer. Our youngest had a hard time transitioning away from me (to anyone) and Leonela handled the situation with confidence, care, and great distractions. Leonela is reliable, warm, and respectful. In a pretty short amount of time she has become an extension of our family and we love and trust her very much. She is incredibly respectful and compliant with parent preferences when it comes to sleeping, eating, and behavioral management. If desired, she gives a very detailed update of nap times, meals, and anything else the kids did that day. I have enjoyed getting to know her and watching the sweet relationships my kids have developed with her too.
