Leslie cared for my father for a little over two years, who had become bed bound with ALS. His condition was complicated by being ventilator dependent and having a feeding tube. During that time she helped to assemble and manage a team, maintain a high quality of care which included keeping his skin in very good condition, be innovative as his condition progressed, and she brought a positive attitude to the job and the household. With her help we were able to grant my father's wish to remain in the house until he passed. Very happy to have had her working with my dad.
