About Leticia

Hi! My name is Leticia, I'm 25 years old, and I have over 6 years of experience caring for children. I started working with kids at 19 in a shelter, where I cared for children and teenagers ages 4 to 18. This experience taught me patience, responsibility, empathy, and how to support children from different backgrounds. Currently, I care for two girls, a 12-year-old with autism and a 15-year-old. I have experience adapting to each child's unique needs while creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. I'm also a confident and experienced driver with a clean driving record, and I'm comfortable driving children to school, activities, and appointments. I am reliable, organized, patient, and caring. My goal is to build trusting relationships with families and provide children with the support, attention, and encouragement they need to thrive.
