I'm an experienced and nurturing caregiver with a passion for helping children thrive. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered the immense joy of supporting families and positively shaping young lives. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe that a child's well-being is paramount, and I strive to create a safe, stimulating environment where they can learn, play, and grow. With three years of experience and a high school diploma, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of various ages. I'm fluent in English, Romanian, and American Sign Language (ASL), and I possess valuable skills such as First Aid and CPR training, as well as experience working with special needs children.
