Hello! My name is Lexa and I'm a student at SUNY New Paltz, majoring in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 6). I enjoy working with children, especially infants and toddlers, because I love to watch them grow and develop their own personalities and interests. I also love teaching them new things, whether that's Spanish, American Sign Language, numbers, colors, and more. I have two years and counting of experience at an early childhood education center, watching children ranging from 3 months old to 5 years old. I am also certified in CPR/First Aid and I have various certificates relating to childcare safety, such as Safe Sleep. I can start as soon as the school year begins (August 27th) and I can work all day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and the weekends.
