About Lexi

I'd describe my personality as loving, organized, & motivated. I like working with kids because I love to build a relationship of trust. Kids cannot grow without a strong foundation of trust and knowing they can depend on you! From trust in those around us comes trying new things, immersive learning, and gaining a true love for life. I'm looking for a job that allows me to feel fulfilled, productive, but also rewards my efforts! I started working with kids a year after I had my son. I have been in childcare for 3 years, and have worked with children from 6 weeks old to school age! My greatest amount of experience is with nursery and young toddler aged kiddos. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside with my son & fiance, crochet, and watch documentaries! One thing you should know about me is I am trustworthy and dependable. As a mom myself, I know how important it is to give kiddos the highest quality care and love, from their most basic to their high level needs!
