About Lexi

Hi, I'm Lexi! I have two years of daycare experience, working with ages five months-five years. I have worked as a summer camp counselor at both overnight and day camps primarily with children ages 11-12 years old. I moved to Providence from Ann Arbor, MI for a job at City Year Americorps, where I had to privilege of working in a Providence elementary school as an assistant teacher for a 3rd grade classroom. I have found so much joy in nurturing and supporting young children in their developmental stages, ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth. In my previous role as a daycare teacher, I helped create engaging and educational activities. I am adept at handling daily routines, including meal preparation, nap times, and age appropriate learning activities. I am dedicated to providing a warm, supportive atmosphere where children feel valued and encouraged to explore their curiosity.
