About Leydi

When Leidy started working with our family, it was clear she was special. As the eldest of four siblings, she brought with her a natural instinct to care for and protect children, and she immediately became a trusted part of our household. She is proactive, self-motivated, and so kind. She's someone who truly gives 1000% every single day. Leidy cared for our daughter from infancy through her toddler years, and she approached every phase of her development with patience and intention. She takes childhood education seriously and always looks for ways to grow and improve in her role. A huge plus is that she’s applied the Montessori method into her role, which brought a hands-on approach to our kids’ learning and independence. She has experience with kids of all ages, from babies to teens, thanks to both her professional work and her role as a caregiver for her younger siblings. In addition to being an incredible nanny, she’s also a wonderful cook, a calming presence during travel (we’ve traveled with her many times!), and just genuinely lovely to be around. She’s bilingual, which has been a huge plus in helping our kids develop language skills and cultural awareness. Over time, Leidy became more than a nanny...she became family. Even after we moved, she remains close to our children and continues to be someone we trust and admire deeply. Any family would be lucky to have her.
