She has a way of understanding a child's needs. Lezanine is very observant and hands on. She has been hired to baby sit my 4 month old at the time, now one year old, on several occasions. Through all his transitions she adapted well and she is extremely punctual and reliable. I would absolutely hire her to be a caregiver for my child again.
