About Lila

With years of experience, I create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. By actively listening and observing, I adapt my teaching methods to each student's individual learning style. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples, and break down complex problems into understandable lessons. Communication is essential, so I maintain open dialogue with students and parents. I tutor in English, study skills, history, and social studies at all levels, math at elementary, middle, and high school levels, and beginning and intermediate German. I am an International Baccalaureate Diploma recipient, also tutor in IB test prep and aid in EE and IA writing.
