About Lileny

I'd describe my personality as loving, fun, and responsible. I like working with kids because I like to learn about their behavior and emotions and where I can help. I'm looking for a job that is easy going & easy to communicate mutually with partners and kids. I started working with kids when I was 15. I babysat my little cousins at the ages of 1-3. Help my mom raise my two baby siblings. In 2020 I became a youth leader at my church for about two years and I recently just left the YMCA afterschool program after a year. In my spare time, I like to go hiking, go to the beach and read a book or paint, cook, and of course going to school. One thing you should know about me is I am straightforward and I like to communicate things all times. I am very family oriented and love to make strong relationships with anyone that I get the privilege to work with. My skills include active supervision, provide homework assistance, and provide positive behavior guidance.
