About Lilian De

Bringing comfort and support to adults and seniors is my passion. My six years of experience in adult and senior care roles have shown me the positive impact I can make in their lives. I am a Certified Home Health Aid, trained in CPR, and adept at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide respite, live-in, and hospice care, along with assistance for errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am patient, friendly, and detail-oriented, and I earn trust by providing regular updates via text, phone, or written reports. I also have a car, am comfortable with pets, and speak Spanish. I find joy in helping others maintain their well-being and independence, and I would love to bring that same care to your family.
