About Lilian

Hello! My name is Lilian. I am a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over three years of healthcare experience. I am also a medical doctor trained in Cuba and recently completed my Associate Degree in Nursing in Puerto Rico. I am currently preparing for my NCLEX-RN exam to become a Registered Nurse in the United States. Caring for others has always been my passion, and I believe every senior deserves to be treated with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect. My experience includes personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and transfer assistance, companionship, dementia care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and support with daily living activities. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families while creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment.
