About Lilian

Hello! I am Lily, a certified Middle School educator with 3 years of classroom teaching, over 6 years of professional childcare experience, and a degree in Special Education. My approach centers on intentional relationship building, high expectations, and positive reinforcement. I am currently transitioning from the classroom into museum education and am excited to continue working with children and families through childcare and academic support. With my teaching background, I am especially well-suited for families seeking someone who can combine warm, reliable childcare with meaningful support in reading, writing, homework, organization, and executive functioning. Outside of work, I love cooking, puzzling, and exploring the city!
