I share daily updates during pickup and follow their preferred communication method to address any issues promptly. Regarding household rules, I adhere to the guidelines set by the parents to ensure consistency for the children. Engaging children in play is one of my favorite aspects of caregiving. I enjoy playing board games and puzzles, as well as educational games that stimulate learning and creativity. My fluency in both English and Russian allows me to cater to diverse families.
