About Lilliana

I'm a Utah State University graduate with a background in Communicative Disorders and Psychology. I have professional experience caring for children from infancy through age 13 and truly enjoy supporting children through every stage of development. My childcare experience includes providing attentive, nurturing care, supporting infants' daily routines, preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, school pick-ups and drop-offs, planning age-appropriate play and engaging activities, and light housekeeping. I previously worked as a behavioral technician, which strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to support children with a variety of needs. I also know some American Sign Language (ASL), and continuing to learn. I'm dependable, patient, and caring, and I strive to create a safe, positive environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and free to learn, play, and grow.
