About Lillian

I'd describe my personality as friendly, compassionate, hard working I like working with kids because they surprise you with the funny things they say, they are honest and they challenge me to be a better person and I learn so much from them I started working with kids in July 2023 at BlueSprig pediatric. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and I administer ABA therapy to children with autism In my spare time, I like to read books and do art, I love taking care of my plants and I enjoy true crime TV One thing you should know about me is I will take care of your child like they are my own. I take my job very seriously and want to work closely with parents to ensure they are comfortable with me and how I interact with their child. My skills include engaging with children well, I relate to the children as much as possible so they want me to be around. Also, I care very much about safety and want to make sure every child is cared for to the best of my abilities.
