About Lilyanna

I am a 22yr old grad student in Tacoma who loves working with kids of all ages. I began working in childcare a little over a year ago because of positive past experiences as a babysitter and have loved it ever since! I have worked as a full-time nanny, daycare attendant, summer camp counselor, and youth climbing wall instructor, which has given me experience with children of all ages. I am experienced in caring for up to 15 kids or 4 infants at a time, including newborns, and always enjoy chatting and playing games. I enjoy going outdoors and on excursions with kids I am caring for and am skilled at coming up with fun crafts and activities. I value communication and responsibility, and appreciate getting to know parents and their expectations. I am usually available if given a week's notice.
