Lily made a great first impression. She was punctual, professional during the interview, and started the job well. Unfortunately, after about two weeks, she quit with only 15 minutes’ notice before her scheduled shift. As a family relying on childcare, this left us scrambling to make last-minute arrangements. Reliability is essential in this role, and because of the abrupt resignation and lack of notice, I cannot recommend her.
