About Lily

Experience: 7 yrs

Hello my name is Lily! I have working in the childcare field for over 7 years now with a focus on imaginative play. I've worked with all age groups ranging from newborns to teens, and have experience in special education and behavioral issues. I believe in fostering a fun and creative environment, filled with, make believe, art projects, outside time, games and seasonal activities. I follow a more gentle approach and strive for excellence communication and teamwork. I love all pets and am extremely comfortable around water as well! My schedule is open and flexible!
