Initially, Lily was friendly, sweet, and seemed like someone we could trust to watch our 2 year old on a weekly basis. We agreed on a schedule and a start date/time, which she confirmed the night before. Unfortunately, on her first scheduled day, she did not show and provided no communication at all, neither before or after. I reached out and still have not received a response (it has now been over a week). Being left without childcare and without notice put me in a very difficult position. While I understand that circumstances can change, a complete lack of communication (especially for a role involving children) raises serious concerns. Based on this experience, I do not recommend her and would strongly encourage other families to proceed with caution.
